VSTV (Vietnam Satellite Digital Television) is a joint venture based on the alliance between the CANAL+ Group and the VTV, the Vietnamese Pay TV operator, and formed in the view of commercializing a satellite television package distributed in Vietnam. This is the very first Franco-Vietnamese joint venture in the audiovisual industry. The operational management belongs to CANAL OVERSEAS.
